What happens to the details you send us
This notice covers this website only. The DebtLab platform has its own terms, agreed with each client.
What we collect
When you request a demo we receive what you type into the form: your name, work email, firm, role and message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why
To reply to your request and arrange a demonstration. The legal basis is your request itself (steps at your request before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about DebtLab.
Where it goes
The form is delivered to us by email through our email provider. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in contact about a demo or an engagement, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to our use of it, by replying to any email from us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data-protection authority.
